Welcome to the City of Westlake Village, a tranquil city just milles northwest of the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles.

Westlake Village is the most affluent area in Ventura County. The city is a master planned community built in the early seventies, which, at the time was one of the largest master planned communities in the country - and with the most successful man made lake in the country.

The area is known for it's upscale neighborhoods and sprawling beautiful homes in areas such as Westlake Island, The Trails, North Ranch, Hidden Valley and Lake Sherwood.
