Dear Cindee,

Now that the dust is literally about to settle in our new home, I wanted to send you this note to tell you how much we have loved working with you on our last two purchases and the sale of our last home.

Anybody who knows me well would tell you that I am a customer service fanatic - I despise mediocrity, and appreciate great customer service more than most people. You go so far above and beyond the definition of "great" customer service that they should come up with a whole new category just for you.

My business partner and I recently purchased our new homes at almost exactly the same time. We would compare Realtor stories every morning, and I'm proud to tell you that you won by a long shot every day.

If every professional that I came in contact with lived up to where you have set the bar, the world would be a better place to live!

Thanks for all that you and Cathy have done for us (and continue to do months after our closing). We'll never use anybody else.

When you asked me to give my thoughts to you on your performance and service, I do so with great joy.

Once I made the decision to sell my home, I automatically called you. I truly would not have trusted or even felt comfortable with anyone else but you selling my home. I would not have considered having anyone else represent my gut you. As you know, I almost lost a long time friend because I did not choose her son as my realtor. Hello Cindee, 
I'm not sure you will remember me (I'm Israel and my wife is Natalya and her daughter is Marina), but I haven't forgotten you or the tremendous effort you put forth on our behalf. It's been about a year and a half since we last spoke. I remember promising to let you know how our deal went. It seems sometimes life keeps us distracted and we put things off longer than we should, but after just celebrating our one year anniversary of closing escrow I decided just to do it. 

Well, it wasn't as quick as we had hoped, but in the end it all turned out very well. We now own a wonderful house on a hillside with a fantastic view and a pool in West Hills. It took about 5 months to closer escrow, although there were moments when it looked like it would take forever. I have to say, there were times I wondered if things would have gone better had we had you there to help us. After all my experience with realtors, both before and after having met you, I now realize how important choosing the right one can be. And, for what it's worth, if I ever have need of one again, you will be the first one I will look for! 

I have discovered how rare it is to find people like you, people who are willing to put in the extra effort and maintain such high standards of quality in their work. And I wish to thank you. Thank you for all that you did for us. I have not forgotten, nor will I.

Hello!
We first met Cindee through good friends of ours that lived in Agoura.  My husband had been traveling to the  west coast for a number of years and we decided one cold and wet morning at our home in London, England to come to expand our business in the US, "sunny California here we come!"

When we spoke to Cindee again, we talked about our criteria for moving our young family, 'lock, stock and barrel' from the UK to California.  As total newcomers to the 'sunshine state', Cindee advised us about areas to live in, local amenities, local temples and most importantly schools and school districts.  Once we had established where we wanted to live, I took a week out and flew here to look at properties (kids and husband stayed home.)

Cindee took 3 days out of her hectic schedule to show me around 20 to 30 properties, she was fantastic!  She also advised me of the pros and cons of living in certain areas, streets etc, she also helped me on directions to go and see schools, directions to go on the freeway, (I made sure that Cindee kept her cell on AT ALL TIMES (!) so that I could call her if I got lost, which happened more than once!), this woman has the patience of a Saint!  She also had to keep reminding me that you guys DO NOT drive on the left hand side of the street!

After many hours of viewing various properties, I found the house which we now live in, with marvelous views of the mountain, a lovely park around the corner, in a great neighborhood.  After our offer was accepted, and I had returned to the UK, Cindee helped us with "escrow" which is a different system in the UK, she sent us heaps of paperwork, we e-mailed each other back and forth many many times over a six month period, she and her great assistant, Kathy, also helped us find various insurance agents, handymen, pool men, and setting up utilities and phone lines for us before we moved over here permanently.  Without Cindee and Kathy's help, we could never have completed our move here, their patience is endless!

When we finally arrived at the end of January, Cindee and Kathy made sure our house looked immaculate, we are eternally grateful!  Even after 4 months here, we never hesitate in ringing them if we have a problem.  Apart from being great Realtors, they have also become great friends to our family.
